Account Sync & Quota Management
How to connect your SmallPict mobile app to your web account and manage shared quotas.
The mobile app signs in to your SmallPict account and uses the same monthly quota as your WordPress sites and API keys.
1. Logging In on Mobile
- In the SmallPict Mobile App, tap Settings → Sign In.
- Choose your sign-in method:
- Magic Link / OTP Code: Enter your email to receive a 6-digit code.
- QR Code Scanner: Open your web dashboard at
smallpict.app/dashboard, click Link Mobile App, and scan the QR code displayed on your desktop screen.
- Your plan and remaining quota appear in the app.
2. Quota tracking
The mobile app dashboard displays:
- Current cycle usage: Megabytes used compared with your plan allowance.
- Estimated savings: Space saved across all devices.
- Recent activity: Conversions from WordPress, the API, and mobile.
3. Shared quota
When optimizing photos in the mobile app:
- Each successful conversion counts against your account quota.
- If your account reaches its monthly limit, you can upgrade your plan directly from the app or wait for the monthly cycle renewal.
