Terms of Service

SmallPict is a cloud-based image optimization service for WordPress. We provide automatic compression and format conversion (WebP, AVIF) to help improve your website performance.

Each subscription plan includes a monthly image processing quota:

• Free tier: Limited monthly quota for personal/testing use.
• Paid tiers: Higher quotas based on your subscription level.
• Usage beyond quota will be queued until the next billing cycle.

Payments are processed securely through DOKU and Dodo Payments. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Your initial purchase is covered by our 7-day refund guarantee, as set out in our Refund Policy.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

SmallPict offers WordPress plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Business) and API/SDK plans (Ignite, Velocity, Momentum), each with defined processing quotas, storage limits, and where applicable, CDN bandwidth allowances, as published on our Pricing page. For WordPress paid plans, "unlimited sites" means unlimited site registrations under a single account, sharing one monthly processing quota pool—it does not mean unlimited independent usage per site. Subscriptions in a pending payment state that are not completed within 24 hours will automatically expire and must be reinitiated.

API keys issued for the WordPress plugin and API keys issued for the API/SDK product are distinct, non-interchangeable credentials and may not be used outside their intended product. Attempting to circumvent WordPress API key limits, CDN bandwidth caps, or processing quotas through technical workarounds, credential sharing across unrelated accounts, or misrepresentation of usage is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension.

Managed CDN delivery through the smallPict CDN is included with the Pro, Business, Velocity and Momentum plans, subject to the fair-use bandwidth allowances published on our Pricing and Documentation pages. WordPress plans use the managed smallPict CDN only. On the Velocity and Momentum plans you may instead connect your own storage and CDN accounts (Bring Your Own); your own storage and your own CDN are always connected together. Those services are governed entirely by your agreements with your chosen providers (for the CDN, currently Cloudflare or Amazon CloudFront). SmallPict is not a party to those agreements and is not liable for your chosen providers' availability, performance, or billing.

Your initial purchase is covered by our 7-day refund guarantee. Eligibility, exclusions, and how to request a refund are described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
