Account Sync & Quota Management

The SmallPict Mobile App seamlessly synchronizes with your SmallPict web account, allowing you to share monthly optimization quotas across your WordPress websites, server backends, and mobile devices.

🔑 1. Logging In on Mobile

1. In the SmallPict Mobile App, tap Settings (⚙️) → Sign In.
2. Choose your sign-in method:
   • Magic Link / OTP Code: Enter your email to receive a 6-digit code.
   • QR Code Scanner: Open your web dashboard at smallpict.app/dashboard, click Link Mobile App, and scan the QR code displayed on your desktop screen.
3. Your plan, remaining quota, and tier benefits will instantly synchronize.

📊 2. Real-Time Quota Tracking

The mobile app dashboard displays:

• Current Billing Cycle Usage: Visual progress bar of consumed megabytes vs total plan allowance.
• Estimated Savings: Total bandwidth and disk space saved across all devices.
• Recent Device Activity: Breakdown of conversions triggered from WordPress, API, or Mobile.

🔄 3. Multi-Device Quota Pool

When optimizing photos in the mobile app:

• Every successful conversion deducts from your main account quota in real-time.
• If your account reaches its monthly limit, you can upgrade your plan directly from the app or wait for the monthly cycle renewal.
