📊 How Quota is Metered

SmallPict tracks monthly usage based on total processed megabytes (MB) or bytes consumed:

  • Successful Conversions Only: Only images that are successfully compressed and yield measurable bandwidth savings count against your monthly allowance.
  • Failed or Discarded Files: If an upload fails validation, or if the optimized image is larger than the original, 0 bytes are deducted.
  • Automatic Monthly Reset: Quotas reset automatically at 00:00 UTC on the 1st day of every calendar month.

🌐 The "Unlimited Sites" Shared Pool Model

All SmallPict paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) support Unlimited WordPress Site Registrations. You can connect as many client sites, staging sites, and subdomains as you wish under a single account.

How the Shared Pool Works:

  1. All connected sites authenticate using the same customer account.
  2. Every site draws from the same single monthly quota pool.
  3. Usage is aggregated in real-time across all sites in your SmallPict Dashboard.

  • Site A processes 450 MB of product photos.

  3. Dashboard Notification: You will receive an in-dashboard notification and email alert informing you of the limit.
  4. Instant Upgrade: You can upgrade your plan at any time through the customer portal to instantly restore cloud optimization.
